How a Silent Disco Birthday Party Works
Every guest gets a pair of wireless headphones with up to 3 music channels. Each channel glows a different color, so you can see who’s listening to what. Your own playlist, or a DJ if you book one, broadcasts wirelessly to all headphones at once.

Channel 2: Hip-hop / R&B
Channel 3: Your birthday playlist, whatever you want
Guests switch between channels with a button on their headphones. The result: everyone dances, nobody argues over the music, and the neighbors don't call the cops.

Silent disco headphone rental starts at $5 per headphone, with a 20 headphone minimum ($100). Full service events, where we deliver, set up, host and break down, are quoted per event.

A good rule: order for 80-100% of your guest count. Not everyone wears them the entire time, but you want enough so no one waits.

All of them. We’ve done kids’ parties (age 5+), teen parties, adult birthdays, and 50th celebrations. Everyone gets it within 30 seconds.

Not unless you want one. Most birthday clients choose DIY — you plug in your own playlists and control the music yourself. If you want a live DJ running the channels, we offer that too.

Anywhere in San Diego. Backyards, parks, restaurants, event venues, Airbnbs — if you can plug in a transmitter, you can run a silent disco. We serve all of San Diego County and up to 2 hours outside the city.
