How It Works for a Guided Session
Every participant gets a wireless headset. Your audio leaves the transmitter and arrives in their ears in true stereo, left and right kept separate, which is exactly what binaural beats and panned sound design need in order to do anything at all. Each headset has its own volume dial and its own channel button.
Channel 1: The guided session, your voice and your track
Channel 2: Music only, no spoken guidance
Channel 3: Open for a second facilitator or a quieter mix
Participants switch channels with a button on the headset. Nobody has to move, nobody has to ask, and nobody is stuck in a mix that is not working for them.

Order for your full expected attendance. Unlike a party, nobody steps out mid-session, so plan on one per person plus two or three spares.

Yes. The transmitter sends left and right as discrete channels rather than summing them to mono, which is the whole technical requirement for binaural content. We tested it directly: hard panned tones through the system, and the beat drops out the moment one earcup comes off your head. That is how you know it is true binaural and not a mono sum.

Yes, and most facilitators do. Bring WAV or high bitrate files if you can. Heavily compressed or streamed audio can collapse the stereo image, which undoes the binaural effect no matter how good the headsets are.

Both work, but indoor is better for guided sessions. The ear pads are comfortable rather than fully isolating, so ambient noise does come through. A quiet indoor room gives you the cleanest experience. We serve all of San Diego County and up to 2 hours outside the city.

Most sessions run 2 to 4 hours including setup and breakdown. Retreat formats and multi-session days are fine, we just quote the extra time. Tell us the shape of your day and we will build the quote around it.
